How do I get help and support?

You can log a Google related query to google@computicket.com or call your Google partner on +27 11 317 4900 where an Opennetworks Support agent will assist with any query you may have regarding G Suite. For your on going Computicket Technical Support, carry on using the preferred communication method: itsd@computicket.com or tshd@computicket.com or +2711 340 8138

What is my Password or how do I recover it?

Your Google Password is synchronized with your Computicket Computer password. Always try your last known password first, paying attention to your CapsLock and NumLock. If that still does not work, contact your System administrator to request a reset it.

Will my e-mail address change?

No, your email address will still remain a @computicket.com email address. If there is a spelling error or name change required, please contact your Computicket Administrator.

Will my contacts (address book) be there?

Yes. The contacts in your Contacts folder have been transferred, but addresses in your AutoComplete list have not. The AutoComplete will build itself from scratch, but Google will do this automatically with continued use of the Google Products. So just for the first time, you will need to either type out the Email address of your recipient or use the Contacts Directory (Clicking the To:, Cc:, or Bcc: buttons)

Will my Outlook Calendar be there?

Yes, we will transfer your calendar. But not your private calendars.

Will my old e-mails be there?

Yes, we will transfer your Mail boxes over to your new G Suite account. Any Archive you have on your computer will be collected by I.T and transferred to your G Suite account after Go Live!

What is the difference between G Suite and Google’s free apps?
